Per your comment, please share your current supplement and mineral regime. Are you still doing every other day and taking weekends off. I have also very much relaxed around taking them as I feel like.

I would also be interested in hearing the supplements and minerals you are recommending for your husband and women post menopause understanding it is different for every person.

Would it be possible to do an episode on a vegan diet along with the benefits and challenges (i..e, adequate protein intake and absorption)

Have you ever considered the idea of a few episodes on “what the man in life could be doing” and/or differences between men and women as I am a male listener and clearly your target market is women.
