I love your newsletter.
I wanted to say I’ve found meditation a difficult endeavor.
I’d say I have too much energy. One of those people that have to move all day rather than sit. So sitting still to meditate does not work. Im a believer in waking in the woods or some other spot to walk alone and get the peace of that aloneness. Sue
