She is getting HORRIBLE stress/anxiety induced headaches that intensify during her time of the month. There are a ton of tension headache and anxiety recipes out there. She has used the PastTense oil but the relief is very short lived. I need help finding the right blend for her. Could you possibly advise me about this? She is a single mom and this is seriously affecting her life. She is going to see a neurologist soon. But she is a big believer in EO’s and asked me for help.

I was recently at a conference for pediatrics (holistic) and the presenter with many years of experience working with kids cautioned us on using undiluted oils topically on children. She said that straight oils were a big burden for the liver to process. Can you comment on this please?

I’ve learned the quickest way to get Essential oils into your bloodstream is by smelling it and next way is topically. 26 seconds it’s found in bloodstream. I do believe in taking them internally but I use a brand of EO that’s FDA approved for internal use. The supplements I take are Essential Oil infused and have made a big difference in my wellness.

I also wanted to point out that all washing machines, weather front loading or top loading, have the potential for mold growth. I personally use a few drops of tea tree oil with my natural detergent in my washer with all my laundry. I have been doing this for years and have never had any fire problems. It keeps the laundry and machine fresh and clean. It is also the only thing I have found to get rid of a serious athletes, sweat smell! I hope this helps others!
