I recently saw an article that says that all this company-made collagen is actually getting destroyed in our gut so it basically is doing nothing for us, and we are wasting money. The article suggested that we actually try to use and develop more of the body’s naturally made collagen. I’m inclined to believe this because I have tried multiple collagen supplements by several different companies, and I have noticed nothing as far as skin, hair, or gut health goes. Honestly, the only product that has worked for me was recommended by a model, believe it or not, and its purpose is to help our bodies generate more of our own collagen. It’s called Biosil Collagen Generator, and I order it on repeat.

I’m also not impressed by all influencers pushing all these colostrum products and am curious how much money they are making by claiming the products work. Some are actually saying to take 2-3 doses of the product a day. At $50+ a bottle, how on earth is the regular American suppose to afford this? I think the natural supplement companies are making a killing on the fact that the regular medical community and Big Pharma are doing such a lousy job of helping us.
