I think I’ve listened and re-listened like four times. First time through it was so much information, it was a bit overwhelming, but such good, interesting, and helpful info. I don’t remember if I heard it talked about, but did Andy mention anything about incandescent bulbs and how much artificial blue light they emit or do they at all? I know he said they don’t have the flicker of LED, but are they still considered to emit artificial blue light? I’ve considered changing some lamp bulbs in our main living space back to incandescent to reduce EMF exposure, but curious about the blue light. Lights are usually only on at night time in our home. Can’t wait for the follow up episode, especially since you mentioned you wanted to ask about kids and pregnancy. I’d love to hear thoughts about kids who refuse to sleep without a light source, including night lights, lamps, or even the ceiling light. ????? What are healthy alternatives until they get used to complete darkness?
