I wonder which salts you would recommend Matt? I’m never sure which to use! Thanks!

Adding something like BEAM minerals to your water might be helpful. https://www.beamminerals.com/WELLNESSMAMA

Many himalayan salts are contaminated or even dyed. Celtic sea salt and some others can contain micro plastics and all three have elevated levels of heavy metals in particular lead. I would be careful to ensure you choose salts that are much less contaminated than these.

I have water delivery of 5 gallons of distilled water bottles would like to mineralize my distilled water with the sole’. That way I know exactly what in it. You almost can’t even trust what is in spring water anymore. How much would you suggest using to just make good
re-mineralized drinking water? Thank you for your time and advise!

I have high blood pressure that is finally well managed, so my doctor says salt is salt with no differences. I plan to try the sole and if it spikes my BP I will discontinue using or use every other day. I have plautoed in my weight loss journey. Still trying to lose stubborn belly and arm fat. I hope this works, I have loss 50lbs already.

This is what I do. Use any size glass jar. fill it about 1/3 with Himalayan salt. Add the rest of the way with filtered water. Not tap water because it may have chlorine in it. Shake it up then leave on the counter overnight. The sole water will be clear with left over salt crystal’s on the bottom. Do not shake again. Use 1/2 – 1 tsp. once or twice a day. Once you get near the bottom, you will notice there is still some salt left over. As you consume the Sole. You can add more water and shake. You should be able to do this a few more times until the salt is almost gone. Then you can start over again.

Will the sole have any interaction with these meds?

In reply to Paula Gossett.

No, don’t shake the jar. You only want to be consuming the liquid that is saturated with salt. If you shake it up you will add extra salt crystals to the already salt saturated liquid.

Hi,
Is this ok to do if you have leaky gut and hypothyroidism?

Sounds like it would be a great thing to add, but not sure about that part. Thanks!

Or do we just use that for a week and start again?

The instructions say to leave it at room temperature, so likely yes.
