Gut healing diet, intermittent fasting, circadian alignment, ect. Soo many to choose from. If we followed all the “right” ways of eating to be healthy we’d starve. So much of this is just the next person or company looking to get rich off the next book. We make healthy way to complicated. Best advice: eat best quality, organic food you can afford, eat when feel physical hunger in stomach and don’t over eat. Get plenty of fresh air and sunshine.
