It did not work with my above average sized chest. Perhaps there are different designs now to accommodate, but this is something to consider before buying a weighted vest.

I find that the weighted vests are a bit out of my price range though. I’ve always walked with weight, even 20 years ago. A small daypack was my go to and always had at least a first aid kit in it and added weight when required. I was always questioned why I wore this daypack. It just felt good to have my shoulders pulled back and straight in a proper position. Who new there were additional benefits.
